Book your date

As soon as you decide that we are a match for your wedding, we can get to work!

Once you appear on the bookings calendar on my Contact page, your date is locked in. When we meet again (4-6 weeks before the big day) to start creating your ceremony I will send you an invoice, payable the week of your wedding.

Need music or an MC?

More and more, couples love being able to communicate with one person over their ceremony, music and MC requirements. If you need an experienced musician or MC make sure you ask me for a combination quote on any of these services.

Creating your ceremony

Now the fun really begins! We’ll meet in person (or via video call if you live outside of Auckland) and begin crafting your ceremony. Our first meeting will take around 60 minutes, and at the end of it we will know the structure of your wedding ceremony.

I can guide you to get the ball rolling, but every couple is unique. There are so few rules to what you “have to” include in your wedding ceremony, so it’s an opportunity to get as creative as you want to!

One of my specialities is to blend all of the things that make you special as a couple into a ceremony that reflects you, your journey and your life ahead.

Ongoing support & organising

As the ceremony takes shape you will be able to call on me whenever you need to. I can advise you around the legal aspects, give you tips on creating your own vows - whatever you need to feel ready for the big day.

I will also print and bring everything you need for your ceremony - your vows, your marriage documents. One less thing for you to focus on so that you can stay in the moment!

Almost time to get married!

Whether you need me at a wedding rehearsal, or just a conversation or video call in the days leading up to your ceremony, I’ve got you covered. It’s amazing how talking or moving through the little things like where to stand and how to put the rings on make couples feel so much more prepared for their wedding day.

The big day has arrived

Depending on whether I am providing other services at your wedding, I will arrive at least 45 minutes before your ceremony to set up and make sure that everything is exactly as it needs to be for the perfect occasion.

As part of my services I can organise all technical requirements as well. I can set up my own sound system with a wireless microphone, and even push play on the music during the ceremony.

All you’ll need to do from here is enjoy the moment and focus on each other as you make your promises with your loved ones around you.
